1Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are set out below:

• "bc88" or "Platform" — The bc88.mom website and all associated services and applications.
• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who holds a registered account on the bc88 platform.
• "Services" — Slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and all other gaming services provided by bc88.
• "Wallet" — The financial balance held in a user's bc88 account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits granted to a user by bc88.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to complete a specified amount of bets before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka.

In these Terms, the singular may include the plural and the plural may include the singular, where the context requires.

2Account Registration

When creating an account on bc88, users must comply with the following conditions:

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, and contact details — must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. bc88 must be notified immediately of any unauthorised activity on the account.
• Users may not transfer, sell, or lend their account to any other person.
• If any registered account information changes, the user must notify bc88 immediately.

3Eligibility & Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use bc88 services:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• Users must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming services is lawful.
• Individuals who are mentally or financially unfit for gaming may not use this platform.
• bc88 may request a national identity card or other government-issued documents for age verification.

It is the ethical and legal responsibility of every member to remain aware and ensure that minors are not able to use this platform.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on bc88:

• Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. This limit applies to all payment methods.
• Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawal requests must be made to an account registered in the user's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be approved.

• If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, bc88 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and funds until an investigation is complete.

5Bonuses & Promotions

bc88 offers various types of bonuses. The following conditions apply to their use:

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.
• This bonus applies once per user.

Wagering Requirement

• Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

• bc88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any account is found to be abusing bonuses, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The specific terms and validity period of each bonus will be stated in the relevant offer details.

6Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting services on the bc88 platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error or disconnection during a game, bc88 will refund the amount to the user's wallet as required.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, bc88's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• In sports betting, odds may change due to shifting match conditions during play.
• bc88 has the final right to accept or reject any bet.
• Bets placed due to clearly incorrect odds or technical errors will be considered void.

7Responsible Gaming

bc88 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Users are requested to keep the following in mind:

8Prohibited Activities

If any of the above activities are detected, bc88 may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all funds held in it. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

10Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical errors or natural disasters.
• Any changes to the service required due to changes in applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bc88's total liability shall in no circumstance exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the relevant month.

11Service Changes & Suspension

bc88 reserves the following rights:

• To temporarily suspend the service for maintenance at any time without prior notice.
• To add new games, features, or services, or to remove any existing games or features.
• To suspend or close a user's account if that user violates these Terms.
• To restrict certain parts of the service to specific regions for legal or regulatory reasons.

In the event of service closure, bc88 will make reasonable efforts to return funds held in a user's wallet, except for accounts closed due to violations of the terms.

12Changes to Terms

bc88 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Regarding changes:

• Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.
• For significant changes, bc88 will attempt to notify users via email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
